Orders placed from the 5th December up to and including the 24th December can be returned up to the 8th January.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF
Orders placed before 2:00PM on the 20th December will dispatched and should arrive before Christmas, but please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas due to factors outside of our control but to avoid to disappointment, order as soon as possible.
Due to Royal Mail Strikes, deliveries will be affected. This includes collections from our warehouse. Please be patient, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible but may encounter delays due to the strikes. Also as the lead-up to Christmas, Black Friday & Cyber Monday begins there may also be delays due to the increase in demand for Royal Mails services. Rest assured your order will be dispatched. Please consider ordering at the earliest opportunity if your order is a present etc to avoid disappointment. Please see below the dates confirmed so far for strike action. On these dates, there will be no collections from our warehouse & no/ limited deliveries of orders. If you have any issues please contact our support but please be patient before doing so, if 5 working days (Mon - Fri) have passed then get in touch but be aware that delays are possible.
